The work plan will outline how the CoP will find common ground, identify topics of interest and innovations, how knowledge will be exchanged, the types of partnerships to be developed and assistance requested as well as available resources to contribute to the community. Further, applicants must demonstrate a clear commitment and outline time allocated to participate in evaluation processes and the annual assembly and network planning days.
