This workshop is intended for all health care professionals of older adults who seek to improve the quality of life of their patients.
This 1 day workshop will enable participants to update their clinical knowledge and skills in such areas as hospital based and community based geriatric care. There will be time for delegates to exchange and network with their peers from across the Champlain region..
