The SHRTN Resource Centre (SHRTN RC) is a free online collection available 24 hours a day. It draws on the contributions of an extensive knowledge network of collaborative partners, communities of practice, local implementation teams, library service, knowledge brokers, members and participants.
Here, you can find various types of resources pertaining to seniors health and health care. These include documents, reports, statistics and trends, best practice guidelines, knowledge transfer and exchange products, tools, and frameworks.
