Northwestern Ontario (LHIN 14)

The Northwestern Ontario Local Implementation Team was formed in May 2007 through the initiative of St. Joseph’s Care Group to bring together representatives from SHRTN stakeholder groups in Northwestern Ontario.

Mandate, Scope, Jurisdiction

• Put forward suggestions on how to mobilize and achieve SHRTN goals.
• Make recommendations on distribution of resources that support the goals of SHRTN.
• Provide management oversight of SHRTN (assisting with SHRTN marketing and events).
• Liaise with Local Health Integration Networks.

Meetings

The Northwestern Ontario Local Implementation Team meets on a quarterly basis at the Hogarth Riverview Manor in Thunder Bay (300 N. Lillie St.).
