

Spanning LHINs 5 and 6, the SHRTN Local Implementation Team is provided by a subgroup of the Metamorphosis Network. The LIT was formed in September 2009 when the Metamorphosis Network brought together representatives from SHRTN stakeholder groups in the Mississauga Halton & Central West LHIN areas.
