

In LHIN 4, the the SHRTN Local Implementation Team is provided by the Geriatric Access and Integration Network (GAIN). GAIN was officially launched in March 2007 as a result of the need for a geriatric-specific group addressing the health and social concerns of seniors within the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant LHIN.

The GAIN Council meets on the fourth Monday of each month (except for July and August) from 2:30 pm–4:15pm at the CCAC Hamilton Office (Limeridge Rd. W).
