Local Implementation Teams

About

SHRTN Local Implementation Teams bring together leaders to provide advice and guidance to SHRTN initiatives and to help implement SHRTN initiatives locally. These teams are generally aligned with the Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) boundaries. [include this term in the glossary]

Four Local Implementation Teams have been established throughout Ontario. SHRTN Board members are taking the lead in their geographic area to either establish or participate in Local Implementation Teams. Eventually, it is hoped that each LHIN will have its own Team.

The development and ongoing activities of Local Implementation Teams are supported by SHRTN Information Specialists.
