Cross-Sectoral Applications of Standardized Health Information Systems
The Cross-sectoral Applications of Standardized Health Information Systems Community of Practice (CoP) goal is:
- To increase the capacity of Ontario’s health care sectors to use the information available through standardized health assessment instruments. This helps in making evidenced-informed decisions related to policy and practice from a systems perspective.
- To support knowledge-exchange activities that identify and address gaps in information
- To identify barriers to cross-sectoral communication and the use of available health information.
