At A Glance

Here’s an overview of the SHRTN Funding Application process:

1. Existing Communities (CoP, CoIs, LITs and Partnership Streams) as well as any new applicants submit an Expression of Interest -Phase 1 Application Form —by December 31, 2011 no later than 12:00p.m.*.

2. New applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one of the FREE webinars on how to apply and/or carefully examine the application package, which includes:

• CoP Orientation Guide
• Knowledge Broker Job Description
• SHRTN Orientation PPT
• FAQs about Community of Practice (CoPs)
• Terms of Reference Template & Examples
• Criteria for eligbility

3. If successful after Phase one, Communities of Practice (existing & new applicants) MUST submit a Terms of Reference and Workplan by February 15, 2011 no later than 5p.m.

The one-hour webinar is designed for existing, returning and first-time applicants who want an orientation on the SHRTN Funding Application Process, eligilbility and deadlines.
